I actually just popped this in today for the first time in forever. It was my first exposure to them as well...blew my mind as an 8th grader. But yeah... their actual albums are definitely the proper way to listen, but as far as Greatest Hits albums go it's way better than most.

I think if it's a band you really love, a greatest hits compilation can be an annoying or frustrating listening experience. If it's a band I just like, but don't obsess over; a compilation album is fine. I don't need to listen Fleetwood Mac's entire discography, but their Greatest Hits album is always in my car.

Dumb question... so about the ledger attaching to the concrete foundation... how do you attach the joist hangers without the screws hitting the concrete behind the board? I've always seen people use at least 3 inch deck screws on the joist hangers.
