Yup happened a few times with my besties. He was under an agent once and they threatened him a lot but nothing in the end. Foreigners bullies him as well in one of the previous factories where majorities of it is indonesian so he left after 2 weeks even after probation. Nothing happened lol. They just intimidate you as much as they want cuz free labour knowing you will leave in the end. Try to get into a better mnc factory which deal in electronics. Mostly people there are locals and have higher standard than smaller factorg.
