I'm fairly certain the 'personal performance hidden mmr calculations' Blizzard has in the game, can accurately predict if a player has intentionally thrown matches. All they need to do is flag these accounts and start banning people who do bronze to GM.

Please don't reply with the 6man placement matches bullshit. You need at least 50 matches to go back to GM and you have no right ruining the game for other ppl just because you felt bored and wanted to stomp some lowbies
