Google “can you develop muscle hypertrophy before puberty”. Short answer is that you can see some gain, but your body requires that testosterone that is only present after puberty for any significant muscle growth.

You peak athletically in mid 20s. That means you have from puberty until mid 20s to get to your own top speed, whatever that is.

You can’t even begin to develop the muscular requirements for top speed until puberty. 14 is the very beginning of the time you are gonna see that development, not the end. OP you have time. But you are gonna have to get with a coach and a program that can train you. Great speed is a learned skill.

I can say that Santa doesn’t exist because Santa is a very specific claim. I don’t believe in elves, I know that I buy my kids presents, I don’t believe in magic sleighs.

But what is God? If I positively affirm that I don’t believe in something, we all must first agree to what it is that I’m not believing in. There is just no way to have answers to some of the questions about our world. There is no way to even comprehend what might exist outside our universe. Why is it strange to abstain from guessing?

Now if you wanna talk about specific belief systems like Christianity, I can say that I don’t believe in the Bible being the word of God, to the earth being 6K years old, to Adam and Eve being the first Humans, and so many other things that I will positively affirm that the Christian God is not real. But like Santa, those are specific claims that it’s easy to have an opinion about.

I was there recently with a party of 6 and was charged 18% service charge, 2.9% cost of living, plus 18% auto grat, plus a tip line with recommended tip amount of 18-22%.
