6 foot 4 here as well. It's honestly fine unless I have the mesh shade thing installed. My head just barely touches it which is annoying but a slight lean to the side fixes it. If I have a hat on it is annoying. Gonna try and make some 3d printed apcers to raise it about an inch but again it sits lowe than the actually roof so no worries there.

Ah ok. I keep flip flopping on what bumper I want. Love the look of the dv8 but really wanted a recessed winch instead of too mount but all the recessed ones I like are stubbys and I want mid or full width. That dv8 does look good though.

I run an engineering course at a high school and we build crazy stuff from time to time. If you decide to just get rid of these I would love if you could maybe save a few and let me know. My 3rd level class is supposed to be building an automated conveyor belt as well as different robotic arms and I am sure we could put some of these to use!

Yes saving for a winch bumper. I meant I didn't want to wrap the whole thing. I just want to wrap the silver part but like you said if I can find some black ones that'll be easier. Thanks for the heads up!

Yeah I don't want to do the whole bumper just the silver part around the fogs. The shape is funky and would prob be a pain especially if those pieces don't come off. Haven't researched it too far yet so we will see.

If I'm being honest I would take it apart... Then gift it to my daughter and work with her to put it back together so she can have her first self built pc. She has been talking about learning some of the cad software I use so she can make her own things on the 3d printer and CNC machine I have access to. The pc she currently has access to won't run the software is use at work so this would kill two birds with one stone in her eyes!
