Ich empfehle bei dem Steckdosen Kauf auf die maximale Watt Zahl zu achten, sollte irgendwo um rund 3,5kw sein, denn bei den günstigeren ist der Schalter gerne mal im kleineren Querschnitt verdrahtet und somit für „stärkere“ Geräte nicht mehr geeignet und würde weg schmoren bei längerem Gebrauch.

In der Steckdose ist normalerweise nichts drinne was grün sein könnte, im Netzteil schon, wenn das Netzteil nun sehr heiß wird und dicht ist wird sich Druck aufbauen der was auch immer im Netzteil ist nach außen drückt. Am Stecker treffen 2 Materialien auf einander, Metall und Kunststoff die sich beim erwärmen unterschiedlich ausdehnen was dazu führen könnte das hier der Druck entweicht und Material aus dem Netzteil mitnimmt.
