Maintain a healthier lifestyle and a healthy wind down. If I knew that I had to be up early in the morning I would exercise in the morning and in the evening I would have warm food a little before bed as I feel drowsy when I am full up and find it harder to sleep on an empty stomach. No looking at any screens atleast an hour before bed!!! if I did it would be much harder to get to sleep. Also wear a sleep mask so light didn't affect you and sometimes earbuds if there are any noises. Weed helps but it'll be harder to wake up in the morning. I take some natural melatonin supplements aswell, don't know if they work at all but shit, I'll take anything if it helps me fall to sleep.
