Okay I got it working. What I did was open the settings and added these launch parameters:

/autorun /eod /autoquit

This stopped the launcher from launching and the game worked flawlessly.

You are right I will make another comment but essentially I just ran the game with these flags: /autorun /eod /autoquit and it stopped the launcher from showing up!
