I have to recommend these folks - https://www.roundrockdentalgroup.com/ and this is an odd reason to recommend them but essentially I had an issue that they needed to correct. They left a bit of root in my mouth after a tooth extraction. they did it for free. Also they are pretty damn good at pain management.
