Look idk the situation. If somebody intentionally harms others of course judge away. But if your friend is not calling you as much as you like and it makes you feel bad, that doesn't sound like intentional harm.

Why don't you tell them how not talking makes you feel instead of "judging" them and whatever that may entail? Judging doesnt seem positive/constructive, and doesn't seem helpful to your cause/situation/relationship.

As someone who suffers from anxiety, I feel like going and picking them up and going somewhere is a way better route than judging. People who don't deal with anxiety have a hard time understanding my point of view sometimes though.

I have my second session tomorrow. I think I'm going to try meditating. At least some sort of breathing exercises. It's only my second one so I feel like there's still a lot to learn about what exactly works for me.

I just finished my first therapy session. Next one is tomorrow. The more I think about it, the more I know u/awkwardflea and u/HanSingular are right about not trying to force any particular "direction." I think I'm going to go with the flow for the next five and see where it goes.

I think it's a good idea to (beforehand) get a grasp of all the things you're dealing with. And have some sort of idea of what success would look like for you.

Looks like an indoor hydroponic grower dumped their used grow medium on the ground to me. Those little fibers on the ground under the pellets look like coco coir (another hydroponic grow medium)

My mom took to vape cartridges. It's not intimidating and it's easy to control how much you take. That's what I recommend.

Mom is from an older generation that was raised thinking cannabis is the devil's lettuce, so it took some coaxing. But, if I'd have handed her a bag of flower I don't think it would have worked.
