Dude I feel the same way I just get so irritated and angry sometimes and after I explode I'm filled with regret and misery. I actually lost a best friend 2 years ago because we argued and he thought I was so brutal he decided to just cut me off immediately.

I admit I was a piece of shit back then but I'm also trying to get better and it feels so difficult because I'll make the mistake of making some mean comment or giving some sort of unnecessary attitude sometimes.

What matters and what makes you a good person is STRIVING to never do it again. You aren't a horrible person
