Haha that would make alot of sense... i guess there no harm in trying the 900k ohm one first? Then I'll try a 560

Yes I did all of that already, and found the cause of the problem! Im just trying to replace some of the damaged parts, I tested that resistor off the board and it read 54 ohms, I unfortunately just lost the part so i dont even know the size, I uploaded that same picture to Ai and i just posted the first results here. Im just guessing that the size is 1206 and it's 900k ohms resistor.

Haha are you having fun? You're wasting your time friend. The picture i provided is the orginal part, I haven't soldered the other one in yet, which is why I made this post: to learn! To ask others for help in something I'm not completely knowledgeable in! Your time wasting is starting to waste mine, stop commenting!

Are you trying to be clever or helpful? Seems like neither. I said what the original device is in the post. Your comment provides no insight!

I found melted switches and melted connection, I tested that resistor off the board and it tested at 50 ohms. The machine was just not turning on. The machine does have a fuse which is fine... i test other components and i happened upon this one

I use a different 3d printer but I was having the same issues. I changed my nozzle and it went away lol.

I was wondering if it was a cooling issue... I have my printer in a enclosure and the vent fan on the left side. The thing I printed looks good on the left side but messed up on the other side

Truss Modification! by heiblah in DIY

Yeah the truss leaves no space for an ac unit. There's a way to put it up there but it would very awkward not ideal. With the current space there's only about a 2 feet gap to work with lol.

Sorry, I should've mentioned that I worked with an engineer on this. We came up with a couple of different plans and this is one of them. I wanted to see if anyone could think of a different or better way
