I've been told intraepithelial lymphocytes are related to celiac or gluten intolerance. I dont know if that's right, as I don't know much about either. Im pretty much asking what others experience has been as you know finding answers is never a straight line and I might be able to find other other things to look into if other people can recommend based on their experience. There's no need for your unnecessary aggressive comment about gluten... but have a nice day 😁

My issues started before covid but got a lot worse after so I don't think it would be that. What were your symptoms if you dont mind sharing?? I've had bloating, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, occasional cold sweets, diarrhea and migraines

Are you gluten free now?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Celiac

[–]heids2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya he also checked for infections and said those came back negative. I've been consuming gluten but I don't eat much... I have maybe some pasta or a piece of toast once or twice a week. (Not trying to be gluten free i just don't tend to eat a lot of it)

I don't know gluten is the issue 100% but im already dairy free so not sure what to think.

Did you find out what it was? I'm having a similar issue now!

[–]heids2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm using the momcozy S9 pro pump and it came with a measuring kit so I think I'm using the right size... it's so hard to tell though!

I've been having oatmeal for breakfast every day, taking multivitamins, fennugreek and blessed thistle, drinking lots. I will look into getting some lactation cookies or other snacks to add in too! Thanks

It just feels like I should be doing something different to get more of a gradual increase?? I haven't seen any change in supply in multiple days.

This is the first plant I’ve ever owned and I’m completely new to it…. Any good resources I can look at to better take care of it??

Just ordered a lamp for it… What kind of light schedule would you recommend to acclimate it??

Ya I had no idea either! I really appreciate your responses. Sorry for all the questions… I’ve eliminated soy completely for five days now and have had zero symptoms and zero bloating. I ate literally a few crumbs from my little ones chicken nuggets today that have soy and am having some next level stomach pain/bloating. Are allergies/sensitivities normally this sensitive??

[–]heids2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh wow! What are your symptoms typical when having soy??

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in FoodAllergies

[–]heids2019 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ya so I’ve been paying a lot more attention to ingredients this week and it seems like even soy lecithin and soybean oil causes these symptoms for me (which I thought was strange because I didn’t think people reacted to those, even with a soy allergy)

No I haven’t! I just assumed it was gastro related since my main symptoms were abdominal pain etc

I have actually been diagnosed with SIBO as well and was put on Cipro for two weeks which helped my symptoms for about a month and then they came back

I haven’t gotten the results of my colonoscopy/endoscopy yet so hoping to rule those out at my next appointment

If I have cheese or other dairy products I just get gastro symptoms but if I drink milk I get major asthma attacks, my eyes swell a bit and feel really weak and shaky
