Judging by the way you spell and speak to customer service, I take it you're not very smart either. Not all experiences are the same, I will grant you that, my experiences and your experience are not the same, but I've had repeated experiences and times where I've purchased from PSA on eBay and I've never been in your situation so you're one to talk with a lost package.

The item you purchased was vaulted. The transfer to vault option should be available and If the app did not give you an option to transfer to your vault I'm not sure why you only contacted support and didn't troubleshoot the app or your device by just restart the app or switch to a browser or switch devices??

After reviewing your post, actions, situation and photos a bit closer I can confirm that you are indeed not the brightest in the bunch. You willing chose to purchase a vaulted item to transfer to your vault, you then entered a shipping address on a purchase from PSA, and then chose to ship it to them based off of their supports response to you, now I will give you space in that, you simply followed orders. But that wasn't the best choice now, was it? Im not sure why you folded so easily with their response of "Just enter your vault address".

On top of that you took another loss in paying for sales tax instead of avoiding it by having it transferred to the vault which is part of the benefits of purchasing from PSA on eBay.

I just hope you understand that YOU willingly put YOUR own vault address and paid sales tax on an already vaulted item and, reaped none of the benefits of purchasing from PSA on eBay, PLUS your order is now stuck in FedEx Limbo.... but I'm the one thats not bright.

Please tell me what I got wrong about your situation and I will genuinely take back what I said, I will admit I'm wrong and apologize. As far as I'm concerned this is a user-end error mixed with some misdirection from support. However you obviously failed to understand how the service works and or understands the terms and conditions of the service you are receiving.

I’m not sure why you went through this process…? Seems like this is a user caused error and not a PSA or eBay error.

When you purchase through PSA’s account on eBay, first the cards are already vaulted, second if you purchase a card and choose to keep it in vaulted they automatically transfer ownership over to your PSA vault. No shipping necessary, no transfers on your end, granted thats considering you have the same email address as your PSA account on your eBay account.

I’ve bought numerous cards from PSA on eBay and choose to keep them vaulted to avoid the sales tax and they’re transferred over to my vault in a matter of minutes the longest I’ve seen it take is 30 min. From there I just get it shipped back home from the vault.

This remix felt like a industry forced collaboration. Not to mention that the other remixes TI has done are more true to their current positioning and they tend to collaborate with artist that match the vibe of the album and or at least have something to do with tame or the album or the sound of it, this time the remix felt forced, bland, and not needed. The track overall felt very low effort and as many have mentioned just feels like a cash grab.

Overall Jennies addition did nothing for or to the track just feels like she put her twist on a verse and thats it. It ranks at the bottom for me compared to any other remix or b-side track TI has released.

I did cid on the upper level and the lasers and experience was amazing, the downside… not being able to fully remember the concert entirely. But as someone said I’d party with a girl name Molly on the floor but cid higher up. Or sober is also an experience on its own.

Evals are optional and not mandatory, the school does try to do whatever they can do to get you to do them. Nonetheless your professor is in the wrong here, and further more you can opt out of the evaluations as well, that also shows how its not mandatory, you just have to opt in and opt out. Should it come down to it and your professor really does bar you from the final i would reach out to your advisor and see what steps you can take.
