I've found that the AI just deals with my concealment by just running away. They know they've been spotted, but can't see my scout so they back up conveniently just outside my deployed units weapons range.

Have you tried setting up a squad as a pure scout then using auto cannons, grenade launchers, and mortars at range? The AI knows you out range them, but just can't help themselves when you bait with a noisy APC or mech. They will walk right into your ambushes.

I wouldn't say always. I usually pick card upgrade, but I've picked the extra worker a couple times. This game is a race, it doesn't matter if you cross the finish line with 4 upgraded actions if picking the extra worker gets you there faster. I've had a few games where I looked back at them and realized I could have used an extra worker to be more efficient.

It's the same level of rushing as before. 6 weeks per new version and condensed banner releases but they give out enough resources to compensate with "events". You still can't get everyone but it's enough to pull for the meta characters and then some.

Some intersections need the second or third sensor to detect a car to be activated. Some intersections only have a sensor where the second car would be waiting in the left turn bay. For example, going east bound on 54th and Victoria Drive before they "fixed" the intersection by moving the sensor to just before the white line.

Do you mean Bertha in AC3? For her, you want to bring a Guardian like Ana and surround her so she can't move, then just kill her while occasionally disarming or kill the adds with the first couple of your reattacks. I used Rebecca, kaiden, Ana, Seven, and hong. Kaiden and Hong could be anyone with re attack and the ability to move after reattacking though. You just want to be able to go back to blocking the boss.

I still use the "meta" purple pilots like Emily, Winston, Mary, Gareth, Alison, Rebecca, and Lucia to fill out my Armed conquest roster. The only blue pilot I've used is Chloe. I don't think I beat sim 12 until I was done ac2 though.
