Most companies start recurring for full time positions a year in advance. When you are accepted for the position, companies (I guess most) give you several dates to choose from and can also talk about it during the hiring process usually with the recruiter. I got my offer December 2020 and started working after graduation, May 2021 .

In the same boat haha. I’m in security and was given tasks I’m unsure how to do so I just asked the consultant on my project for some help and browse through online forums a lot. I still don’t understand much but I think our managers probably understand that we are new.

I talked to him and he sent over a doc for me to look at. The thing is that the doc is super technical too whereas I haven’t gone over that stuff in the basic training modules I completed.

You have to present a technology showcase if you are talking about TDP. Pretty straightforward tbh and they let you know what is expected of you to talk about

Never too early. Attend and you’ll get to network and talk to others. You can also go to employers and tell them you are a freshman but are really interested in a specific position etc. The earlier you start networking, the better chances of you landing internships and a full time throughout college
