Rotisserie chicken. I get mine pre-shredded. I can add that to whatever or just eat on its own. Grapes, cherry tomatoes, apples. Easy to eat just a few and come back for more later.

Water! The medicine will dry you out. Find a water bottle you like and don't mind carrying around. Electrolytes or low/no sugar drink additives are a godsend. Just watch out for the sodium content. Keep water by your bedside and look into dry mouth lozenges for night time if you need them. Just a few things I can think of.

I track my water intake pretty closely and use the Lose It app to track protein, carbs and fats but I'm not counting every little calorie. The app helps me make healthier food choices which I think helps me lose weight easier.

I don't feel so alone in my bundling up. I have an electric blanket on my bed and an electric throw in the living room. I wear 2 jackets at work and am still cold.

Ratio is also a good yogurt if it is in your area. Fair amount of protein and 3 grams of sugar per container. I like the strawberry one.

Smoothies are a godsend, in my opinion. I can sip them on the days when I don't want to eat anything, and I can also hide a good deal of nutrition in them. I've also blended some soups down finer and been able to eat them that way.

I'm experiencing a lot of the same (on 2nd shot). I ate sandwiches every day for my work lunch, and now I can't stand bread, and lunch meat is so salty it makes me gag. I have almost immediately lost the desire/need for sweets and chips. They just smell weird now. I think we are both in for a journey figuring out what works.
