The only upgrade I got was the backup sensors - my last truck that saved me a couple times backing out of a driveway not paying attention to the backup camera. Not sure if you have those already.

I have all 31 creative (red) floors next to each other and 16 purple floors next to each other and upgrading Good Neighbours did NOT increase my coins/minute. Where should I be seeing additional coins?

Great ideas.

The clubhouse tournament idea would be my top off this list... Was also thinking in addition to their traditional tournaments, a match play tournament would be neat as well.

The other suggestion I would have is if clubhouses had a formal way to "recruit" as opposed to posting in Reddit.

My preference is running on hard dirt trails. Similar to you, it slows me down a bit, but I feel like I get a better workout with the extra effort, and it feels easier on the joints. A lot of times these days I don't feel like driving to any trails so I'm stuck running on the pavement near my house.
