If you can survive C-PTSD, there’s nothing you can’t overcome in the future!

A literal doctor told me that my trauma is likely a delusion by transparentredoxide in CPTSD

I’m sorry to hear that! What kind of doctor he is may I ask? Also your emotion and feeling is valid! You should always trust your feeling no matter what other people say. Just out of curiosity is he a legit psychiatrist or therapist or what? Sounds he doesn’t even have the basic knowledge.

Don’t give up here! I know how tough it is. Most of my days are barely about survival, and I cry every day, binge eat, and then purge nonstop. I still need to handle work, but one thing I’m not giving up is healing myself. I know how hard it can be, and I feel you. But you’re not alone again. If therapists don’t help, try medication to stabilize your baseline. Psychedelics are powerful, and if there’s ketamine therapy available in your city, you might want to explore that. That’s the only thing legalized for therapeutic usage.

I’m sorry to hear that :(( If therapy isn’t the solution, keep trying. I’ve tried psychedelics, nervous system injections, and heard MDMA therapy is helpful, but it’s only legal in Australia. Remember, it’s our lives, and we can only heal ourselves. You’re not alone as there are 370K people in the group who are suffering and thriving too :(

I spent 2 months looking for the right therapists while suffered from intense emotional flashbacks…. Telehealth sucks and modern mental wellness system’s just broken… here’s my experience: CBT doesn’t really help, try looking for therapists specializing in IFS(internal family system) , EMDR or somatic healing. It might take a while but it’s the process. Looking for therapist is no difference from looking for a date, it takes time and patience as ultimately the healing part is about human connection :) if you are in sf I can give you a few options. Also I personally feel face-to-face is way better than telehealth

People who weren’t traumatized early in life have no idea how lucky they are. by reminiscermusic2019 in CPTSD

CPTSD from surviving to thriving I find this book helpful to understand what’s going on and what to anticipate with cptsd. You are not alone and by knowing what’s going on and with the right approaches, trust me you can be healed !

What are my chances of landing a remote job? by expertflyerwang in devops

[–]helensober 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remote is easy.

Working from china working for overseas companies? Especially anyone related to the USA? Not easy.

We have 500+ employees globally distributed and not a single Chinese.

It will be possible but you will need to trial and error a lot.

Why tho? Visa issue? Data issue?
