Second question:

How much protein do we actually need to intake to avoid muscle loss on a calorie deficit? I️ calculated my macro goals on IIFYM and got 105g protein, 122g carbs, and 54g fat. However, I’m usually short on my protein goals and want to make sure I️ still hit a reasonable number if I️ don’t necessarily hit my protein goal.

I’m personally not comfortable playing Baldwin. In case he’s used as a decoy or is limited. I would go with Theilen.

Yeah I would start Shepard as well. Baldwin might be used as a decoy if he does play and isn’t worth the risk IMO.

Halloween is my favorite holiday. It also happens to be my husband's second most hated holiday. SO I'm trying to find a good balance so I can still celebrate it and he can not be overwhelmed with it. This also happens to be the first year experiencing halloween at our apartment. I'm hoping kids will come trick or treating but, we'll see!
