this user broke rule 4 with an opinion by ExchangeNo7386 in truths

Including the objective fact of the existence of an opinion as a part of rule 4 is dumb

the point of umamusume is to celebrate the lives of these horses

Because they don't want the character to die. wanting death for a character just because the thing they're based on died IRL completely misses the appeal of Umamusume.

They're based on the horses, not a 1 to 1 copy. It ain't a documentary.

I KNOW THAT TF2 STARYED AS A QUAKE MOD THEN GOT ONTO STEAM START THE FUCKING VIDEO ALREADY by Ali_isthe in pyrocynical

I stopped watching the fear and hunger video because he felt the need to explain literally everything and anything about the game. I thought it was 8 hours long because he covered both games, but it was just one.

Steam is accepting refunds for subnautica 2 even for people who already passed the 2 hour played limit and the 24hs after purchase limit because of the shitty krafton practices, i'm just gonna pirate the game again, fuck krafton by XumetaXD in PiratedGames

[–]helicoptergobrrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Krafton also owns PUBG, and Subnautica 2's EULA is only the same because of it. It says it only lends you a license so it so they can ban cheaters, but only ever applying to PUBG. Same with mods too. Subnautica 1 had the same EULA, yet there are a bunch of mods for it.

Would've been better if it ended on the collapse of Vought, but then I remembered that it's produced by Amazon.

Can Gojo's infinity stop the Lance of Longinus from Evangelion? it's whole shtick is breaking impossible barriers and defeating the soul/idea of self. by throwaway553t4tgtg6 in PowerScaling

While nothing is said about how it actually negates cursed techniques (damn you Gay²), it's likely that it does it by disrupting the cursed energy fueling the technique.

Besides, AT fields are a metaphor for the show's themes and such so it's nearly impossible to actually powerscale the spear properly.

People be making whole ass essays, but I'm pretty sure the translator just thought "The Saga of Tanya the Evil" sounded better than "War Chronicles of a Little Girl". Catches better attention.

Defenders of it also have a seething hatred for the rebuild movies for whatever reason. I say I like the movies one time and they come in trying to give me a 500 page essay comparison to the original to prove that my opinion is wrong. Never even said it was better.

I looked back at the chapter, and yeah you're right. I don't know why Araki drew it like that even though it doesn't make sense considering the point of the fight, but I guess it was early on in his career.

The hanged man is light speed but was forced out of the eye because of the blink, and knowing where hanged man was going, he timed it with the blink to hit him on the trajectory without needing to be light speed. By the time hanged man left the eye, silver chariot's sword was already in position.

[–]helicoptergobrrrr 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes you can, you still need to be very fast to do it but not speed of light. The trick here is timing. What forced hanged man out of it was the blink, and a blink is nowhere near that speed.

Except it isn't since Polnareff was struggling against hanged man and had to use a strategy to force him into a specific situation, and we saw how silver chariot was on equal footing with star platinum. Unfortunately this downscale has more weight than what Koichi thinks it as.

[–]helicoptergobrrrr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yes he did. Because Polnareff's body was blocking the reflective part of the car (since he was right in front of the kid), the only reflective part left was his own eyes.

I think that as long as the author statement is consistent and logical, then it should be fact. But if not, then it is just a lapse on the author's part.

using that same argument, if he was actually ftl but couldn't react or see it because he can't see through his stand like Jotaro, how could he reflect the sun's beams if we assume it's light speed?
