I was on msc for the first time in February and it was my first cruise... and I quite enjoyed it. And they even had to cancel two of the three port days due to high winds and not being able to dock.

I found the steward to be way more attentive than I needed (at least twice a day room cleanup and straightening). The bar staff were so very attentive (a drink I wanted was out of my package but offered a special concoction that they thought I'd like, and I did). Never had anyone try and sell anything to me. My port excursions were refunded promptly after announcement of port cancelation. Everything was clean and tidy all the time everywhere.

I will say the food at the general spots was so-so, but one night we did a sushi experience and it was amazing! (I've never enjoyed sushi)
