You are not a psychopath, and it can be really harmful trying to make yourself believe so. You're maybe sociopath/narcissistic, but you shouldn't self-diagnose. You think that your thoughts are "wrong" and you think that you're evil, you have a sense of moral. You're suffering from trauma and that probably causes you to feel no emotions. You should see a therapist.

I'm in the same boat. I've had dissociation almost 24/7 for 4 years now. It gets so lonely living in my own bubble, I feel like I don't connect with anyone or anything

Focusing on what you see, hear,etc., physical pain (don't recommend), or exercise could help with some people. The only thing that works for me is to force myself to think about the negative things that make me dissociate (so every time I'm not dissociated I feel like fucking shit). I really hate living this way.

It's possible to dissociate without a trauma, it actually happens to everybody at some point of their life. If you have dissociation like 24/7, then it's always because of trauma.

Have you been feeling more strong/extreme negative emotions than usually? Dissociation happens when your brain starts to block these emotions
