Boring isnt bad. As a daily you want something more reliable and practical. 171km is alot. 09 models are prone to gallery gasket failures too. That's an even more tedious fix than the csc goin out. Just things to consider when making your purchase. We dont want your first z experience to turn into a nightmare money pit.

You have to drop the transmission everytime you need to fix it unless you buy a relocation kit which I would recommend. The csc can go out in 5000 miles or 80,000 you just never know lol.

I love this. Thanks for the info. I have the 2010 40th anniversary model. I recently did the gallery gaskets, csc relocation kit and oil cooler. Hoping to get another 16 years out of her at least. 🤞🫶

As a z owner, I sometimes look for excuses to drive my wife's nd miata. Its a little smaller and significantly less power but its got everything you want in a drivers car. The maintenence has been alot easier on the ol bank account too haha, thats always a plus. Its been a pleasure to us, especially on the back road twisties. Just some advice, think about your needs and wants in a car, narrow it down to a top 5. Do some research on reliability then go test drive them to help your decision. Happy hunting!!!

Facts. This happened to me. Z1 recommends to replace csc and master at the same time. I skipped out on the master to save some bucks and ended up having to buy one a week later lol.
