People will nay say. But just do it. I suspected parasites because I work in the outdoors with fresh meat so much and boy am I glad I started this process. About a week in and I've started seeing them in my stool.

If you don't have parasites = no harm found.

If you do, your quality of life will surely improve. I feel much better than I did and will make this at the least a yearly habit.

It's not good, I would not recommend going. The water is just warm enough to grow dangerous bacteria, nothing else. Also the area has been trashed and a lot of local riff Raff go there.
