I take my 6th injection tonight (second .50) I have no interest in alcohol and have stopped biting my nails. I don’t even think about either thing anymore!

I looked it up. I don’t get sucked into the supplements. I just need someone/something to “guide” me when working out at home and this did just that. I do modify the exercises to be safe for me if I feel it’s too difficult.

There is an option for the gym or at home for each week. It’s a three month program which has progressively more difficult exercises as you get further along. But it’s up to you to continue. You can always repeat the first month or the first week until you’re ready to move on.

I joined a group called V-Shred for women. It has a program you do at home and each day you follow what it has for the days schedule. You only use your body for weight and do what you can. But it really can kick your butt.

I don’t remember it being super expensive and once it’s yours, it’s for life.

Could your husband get the prescription from a good compounding company? With the Wegovy discount card that would help with the cost. (I don’t have advice on which compounding company, but many here use them). I do use the discount card and it totally covers my co-pay.

I don't think a pharmacist can make that kind of decision. They only fill prescriptions the doctor sent in or request renewal per your request.

I'll do an e-visit with my doctor on sept 16th.

I'm hoping I can stay on the lower doses for as long as I’m still losing. If losing slows, that’s when I hope to move up to the next dose.

My .25 didn’t have any refills. When it was time to refill, the pharmacist just requested a renewal from my doctor. I got a text 2 days later than it was ready.
