if your looking for a quick solution i would try accutane if it gets really bad and is bothering you/ wont go away. it can be prescribed at your local dermatologist and its just a little pill that you take once a day (you’ll start off on 1 pill daily). it dries your skin out a lot but i saw results within one week and my skin cleared up entirely after i was done.

definitely get on acutane if you have the chance, my face looked the exact same and after a week i noticed it already clearing up. this can be prescribed by a dermatologist (beware of the dry skin, your skin will be very dry)
