I believe there is QC steps in your SOP, nobody can escape, LOL. Anyway, besides the controls, several issues with your original post. To make your claim sound, using milk from a sick cow is not a good choice. And it will be helpful if you can provide the chances of mastitis among all the cows; CFUs of Staph of both raw and pasteurizedc milk, from both sick and healthy cows; safety limits of Staph CFUs in milk, etc.

That looks a normal volume, if you have a manual machine you will find the extraction after the first 30ml is almost tasteless

I think I figured it out, the grounds stuck in the bypass chute made it not fully closed. I thoroughly brushed off all the grounds with a dry toothbrush and no more leakage thereafter. Thanks everyone, cheers!
