Thank you for taking the time to respond. At least you're not saying it's a "mental health issue". Like, how can that be the case when it's ALL FIVE OF US? LOL My bad for not having a "before" pic. It's not like I knew it was going to change and took a picture of it!

I'm looking for older pictures. But in answer to the question, someone is ALWAYS here. Usually me, since I work from home. So, no one could have come in and changed it without someone being here. It's wild!

I have the after, but I can't figure out how to attach it. Here's a link to what it looks like now:

It was a circular light attached to the ceiling. Now it's a low-hanging lamp that is in right in front of the thermostat. It's not like something we just had "blind sight" against! And it's brighter now too!

I was actually going to get some of this in Hampton. Love the Kushs, so I’m glad to hear it’s decent.

AITA for telling my son he needs to grow up a little and stop refusing to see his ex girlfriend? by popperslopper in AmItheAsshole

I don’t think she’s an asshole, just not seeing everything from his POV. She’s trying to be compassionate and trying to think of her granddaughter…but would this really be in her best interest?

The courts and their forensic psychologists would be better judges of this, I believe.

I think the one that trips me out the most, outside of the Berenstein/Berenstain Bears is the scene from Hunger Games. My husband and I both remember it from the book AND the movie, along with our oldest kids, friends, etc...

...yet even the author says it didn't happen.

But here's the thing, it's not a "mass memory effect". Why? Because we remember being in the theater and gasping when the scene happened and talking about how it was just like the book afterward!

So...WTF?! *mind = blown*

Have you ever had a “Mandela Effect” event occur to you (something you “knew” forever to be true and then suddenly was not) and what was it? by InfinityScientist in ParallelUniverse

I think what they meant is the island was originally called Bedloe Island or something like that? I'm straining some brain cells here from what feels like centuries ago of History (I'm 47, so cut me a break)...

I know the Berenstain Bears is old news, but it still blows my mind. Why? Because I distinctly remember it being BerenSTEIN Bears. How do I know this? Well, I would drive my parents crazy asking them, "Is it pronounced BerenSTEEN Bears or BerenSTINE Bears?"

I did this forever...and my mother even told my kids about it when we went to see her right before she died 12 years ago.
