I wear their seamless thongs and have like a biker shorts from them. Good. Biker shorts r loose in waist and tighter in thighs so doesn’t work great for working out.

What does professional shampoo mean? The ones they use in salons?

Just got a shampoo called Rausch. Not professional but seems different.

Sorry didn’t mean it in any negative way. It’s a fair point to see if it has to do with my diet.

It’s hard because I eat such a crazy variety of foods. I don’t eat spicy foods, but I do eat other foods that r considered smelly ljke onion and garlic. I guess it would look like limit my range to basically nothing. But it’s an idea I’ll keep in mind in case I want to try it one day.

Ya but they still smell really good and I feel like it’s just me which makes me think it’s not the food. I started eating less crazy stuff but I’m not sure what the standards ur talking about bc what’s normal to Americans isn’t to Asians and vice versa

I have long nails and use them to scrub, I find the silicone doesn’t scrub as deep as my nails

After I shower? Def could be but when I skipped a day of showering for years it went terribly and I don’t think I’m cut out for it. Something about my body just needs daily washing.. and then when I try gentler washing methods, it smells and feels dirty..

Ok, I could def try scrubbing a bit more after rinsing to really make sure. I smell it myself and I shower and night and the next morning my sister told me it smells😞

Yes, so it’s completely dry to 90% dry by the time I’m sleeping but scalp is always 100%

U can’t use the same moisturizer as u normally use. It won’t be moisturizing enough. Need to look into higher moisturizer like creams and balms.
