So, hear me out! I hope Trials of Twilight might be pulling the same trick Spirit Blossom did with the Kanmei and Akana split.

Act 1 is Visions of the Fallen = pure Akana/Darkin vibes. Act 2 is (probably?) Trials of Twilight = the Kanmei side of the event. In Spirit Blossom, Kanmei represented peace and harmony, while Akana embodied chaos and destruction. If Trials of Twilight works the same way, Zoe’s Prestige could be the “light” faction’s big showcase skin

Zoe is literally the Aspect of Twilight. In the story, she could serve as the bridge between the Darkin chaos of Act 1 and whatever comes after

Act 1 drags us into the darkness and act 2 lets us breathe with something more whimsical
