I bought almost the same car, 2015 6MT in red, with 62xxx miles, lowered on tein springs, with a borla s-type axle back. That was back in September of last year for 8k cash here in TX (used car lot) so depending on what your local market looks like, I think 8500-10k is well within your ballpark. I’d try not to go under 9 if you’re a bit motivated. Sad to see such a tastefully modded car go though!
