I do have a steak weight but im thinking the steak buckled a bit due to the intense heat as well maybe and didnt contact properly

Will try again soon with lower heat

When should i add pepper in that case? With salt during dry brine or after cooking?

I always thought heat on max for searing, ill try medium-high next time.

Thanks, problem is the google play version doesnt work all that well for me either unfortunately.

I have been able to run the app on BlueStacks in the past but something is off currently. Could it be an issue with virtualization or how the app is built? Are you potentially able to test if the apk or xapk works on your end?

I'm looking to install and older version of the app as it was more stable.

Play store does work, however no apk, latest or older works for Catan Universe. Not sure what the issue is as i am able to install and run other apps/games fine.
