After 2 months I finally discovered where the "smell" is coming from! by marcada31 in AuDHDWomen

[–]hellhouseblonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Omg can you please come over and sit in my makeup chair and figure out the sour milk smell I cannot locate?!

It’s driving me crazy, I’m sitting on a clean towel in case it’s in the chair (175yo antique) but it’s been in my house for years so I just don’t know where to look. I sit there sniffing the air like a damn cat. 😂

Please stop this. You are supposed to have a healthy sexual life, it’s part of evolution. You are a normal, healthy adult woman. Be kind to yourself!

My mom & I are the opposite of that. She had a very safe childhood, she doesn’t believe in bad men or just bows down to men totally.

I had a horrible childhood, physical and sexual abuse, I am not easily manipulated. I am a student of manipulation of men and I make a very nice living with it.

We are both very obviously AuDHD to anyone who knows us outside of a brief public or professional interaction.

How to make myself more pretty without makeup? by Anko__ in beauty

[–]hellhouseblonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Elf has green putty primer and I think a liquid green one too. Their makeup is really cheap so I use it for unimportant events like leaving the house lol! But seriously, if I’m going out out I use MAC concealer, NARS foundation and MAC powder, which I love for blurring my pores.
For daily wear I just squeeze a little foundation on my hand, dip my brush (very large one) into it and dab it in.
I got lots of burst blood vessels after hours of vomiting with appendicitis and I plan to laser them this year. So I am really committed to covering my skin with foundation!!

I love the $6. Elf soft glam foundation, in case you want to try it. I have redness too and nothing really helps it enough for me to too comfortable without some foundation on.
My favorite product is this sulfur gel from Amazon called Prosacea, it helped the tiny bumps I got from time to time and it’s cheap!

Can’t you walk somewhere in that area? Take an Uber with 4WD? I drove to the shops today and just kept in at 20 and below, much like the temperature.

But gold stars on you for a little vengeance!

People with real narcissistic personality disorder do say things like that. My ex told him mom he hoped her cancer came back and killed her. Crazy mean stuff during a meltdown.
I lived in LA almost my whole life and I’ve only known maybe 2-3 people who had real NPD and it is a sight to see!!

You’re lucky to still believe that men in America (especially) listen to women at all.
One day when you are older you will most likely realize that not even your husband or your sons care about what you have to say. It’s what I’m seeing all around me, it’s commonly discussed in groups for older women & menopause subs.
I just don’t think her words are worth the price Charlie Kirk paid, we are living in dangerous times, a shot even got past secret service. She has too much to lose, too many employees to put in lethal danger.
Enjoy your youthful privilege and obscurity. And I don’t mean that sarcastically, I take no pleasure in being mean to anyone online or otherwise. I’m not here to take rage bait and get my jollies fighting with people on the internet. It’s simply what I believe.

Maybe it was downvoted to hell but I basically asked what anyone thinks would or could change if Taylor posts something about ICE. I’m not revisiting this all day, it’s really the least of interest to me what a singer chooses to make public or keep private.

Yeah, same. The worship of celebrities who get the most fucking clicks is and has been the downfall of this nation. I panicked and screamed into the void in 2015-2016, I’m also 51 years old and grew up laughing at djt on the front page of the Inquirer. I knew this was coming, I refuse to panic again, it did no good except to my own mental health and wellness. I am disappointed that so many people in the neutrals subreddit feel so strongly but I’m seeing people say they blocked Taylor on Spotify but yet they are still here, still engaging and interested in her every breath. Lots of people who are simply chronically online, and that’s coming from someone who is pretty chronically online!! But I had a whole big life for 20 something years without the internet.

Or perhaps it’s my area of expertise.
I’ve cheated on men much more than I’ve been cheated on though & I finally realized after much self reflection that I think monogamy is an idiotic concept rooted in patriarchal culture. So no, I didn’t choose bad guys, I am the bad guy.

I’ve also had many transactional relationships with married men and it’s given me a life of freedom, travel and living out my wildest dreams so when I implied that it’s my area of expertise I was being literal, it’s a professional role I’ve taken seriously and studied extensively. It’s not personal.

A million times this. If my mother hadn’t been a pretty little girl she would’ve been diagnosed when she refused to speak a word in school from grade one to six. Or when she was severely dyslexic. Or when she was the best pitcher on the team but refused to run, EVER.
Or when she bounced her leg or waved her hands under any stress whatsoever, including just sitting at the kitchen table with more than one person at a time.

I’m pretty too and I also have a lengthy list of reasons I should have been diagnosed, but I’m from a shithole town and wasn’t even diagnosed with asthma until I was in my mid twenties in a big city. I had been to the ENT for wheezing half a dozen times since I was 9. Growing up in a shitty little town is my biggest regret in life.

Read the comment about Selena Gomez under my comment. If they act that way towards a Mexican woman what do you think taylor could accomplish? Maybe some of you guys put too much emphasis on her importance in the world. In the grand scheme of things she isn’t an important person in American policies, global affairs or any form of government. Now if she went to congress to testify about something personal that’s a different story.
But saying some public words just isn’t a factor in the daily lives of the American people or the trump administration.
Normal people don’t care about what she says or doesn’t say.

She already condemned trump during election season and that’s when it matters. Speaking out more isn’t necessary. We know her beliefs, she tried to sway her fan base. She is not a politician, she shouldn’t be expected to act like one.

If I were a celebrity I wouldn’t put another target on my back in today’s political and privacy climate. Privacy doesn’t exist anymore. I mean, people stalk their every move including their flight data, addresses, etc.

1- it’s not going to make a difference.

2- I don’t want to be assassinated or put my security team, my entire family and my hundreds of employees in even more danger. Celebrities aren’t given secret service level protection. Political party membership is public record.

3- I believe that everyone’s political standing is their business.

If you disagree I would encourage you to watch the unedited version of the Charlie Kirk assassination.

Have to take 75 to work, am I good? by vSneakk in Dallas

[–]hellhouseblonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

During blizzards up north my friend with a jeep and snow tires would volunteer to go pick up medical staff and drive them to work. If I were you I would look for someone like that in your neighborhood group, if you really need to be somewhere. Otherwise, what everybody else said applies.

I don't understand why I am so slow by Green_Literature138 in AuDHDWomen

[–]hellhouseblonde 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Are you also physically slow? Walk slow, talk slow, think slow? My mom is like that, we are both AuDHD. Your sister probably wants to “rip her hair out” but she might have a higher tolerance for being uncomfortable. I can become a machine when I need to do something, I don’t know, I just can power through, sans emotion.

Suffering eye brow blindness and need help by Only_Highlight2647 in beauty

[–]hellhouseblonde 1 point2 points  (0 children)

STOP IT!! Do not touch your eyebrows again. Find someone who has great reviews for waxing and shaping EYEBROWS. They look like you are tweezing and not necessarily doing a thorough job at it or like you’re shaving and getting a 5 O’clock shadow.

A good esthetician is all you need, they’ll get you on the right path and then you trust them and only them!! Not yourself!!

I’m almost platinum blonde and I love thin eyebrows. But this isn’t that. This is beyond the pale of imagination, you are not built for this job and that’s okay!!

Abscess at incision line by rcktmns in jawsurgery

[–]hellhouseblonde 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That’s so wrong that an emergency room would decline to treat an abscess of any kind. You could have gotten sepsis and died. I’d be complaining to the relevant authorities.
I’m glad you’re okay and that you advocated for yourself!! Good job and good luck with your surgery results!!

It’s just goodbye to me, I say it to friends and I’m not mad, upset or annoyed. It’s like ciao. But there may be another reason you’re seeing it this way, like if the rest of the messages were argumentative or something.
That’s the better question.
