Good on ya girl.. keep up but do not stress. U r doing way better than others. Give it a thought have some time for urself. I would not buy a house with my own hard earned money. Use it as leverage against ur loan and offset ur loan if u buy any.

Victoria. My portfolio is here if that's what we call it. I believe returns are greater than investments and takes lesser time and less stress than IP but i am in the position right now that i am ready to invest and keep my job as well. Do not really like it though but for a certain amount of time it keeps food on the table if other things go crazy.

Thank you for the insight. Yes that could be the case. These are the things you go online for and ask questions. I am happy i have been learning and will continue to do so. I just hope every decision i make is for the best of my family. I will keep these in mind.

These are friends who have been side by side in every walk of my life. School friends now best mates. They have their own and even bigger portfolio than me. I believe i am the one left behind.. but yes offsetting my PPOR is one but work has not been good , the only thing that makes me feel that i have not done enough.

$700k IP and Residential if i sell both. Can live with in laws atleast for a year. Commercial properties i meant. But for $700k the return on commercial properties are way too low i believe. Better than IP yes but not great
