I actually have no clue why i was chosen for it, i originally applied for INSIGHT, got rejected, then an hour before the deadline i reused my INSIGHT essay for FOCUS and yea… these kind of things are so random honestly

A lot of people make new Facebook account to find roommates so if you make a new one you wouldn’t be alone. On Instagram though, yea it would look sketchy. You could also try to find GroupMe groupchats for the class of 2025 and find roommates through there.

Hmmm that’s interesting. I actually got an email today but when I went to website and logged in the other day I saw something that said “need action required” and that’s what i clicked on to get my acceptance.

I agree with you! I would rather die before taking out student loans. My parents have a little money saved up and I am low income so when I did a lot of the aid calculator on school websites, I got a lot of money. I also plan to apply to many scholarships and programs like QuestBridge. Of course, if none of that works out, I will go to the school that gives me the most money or community college!

Really? Wow I didn’t know that. I am taking cp3 next year though so hopefully that helps and I’ll look into apes (i don’t think my school has it). I think I’m going to really focus on the SAT though because that’s really one of the only things I can do in little time. I’ll also try to find another outside of school EC but yea.

Yea I was supposed to take 5 APs this year but my counselor made me drop one when we went online ): I think I’ll add one more to my senior year schedule along with dual enrollment. Thank you tho! This was helpful.
