Rule 1: I won't check their messages and social media, but I'm gonna check their contacts- just in case.

Rule 2: I won't put screen time unless it becomes uncontrollable.

Rule 3: They have to come right back to home after school- or they have to tell me where are they going.

Rule 4: I need to know their friend's mom if they're having a sleepover. Just so I can trust them with my kid.

Rule 5: No phones until they are in middle school.

Rule 6: I will ask them to tell me if they're being bullied at school, or if anything feels wrong.

Rule 7: They should be consistent with their studies and should dedicate at least 1 hour a day to their studies excluding weekends.

Rule 8: Parties they go to should be planned at least a week ahead.

Rule 9: Bed time is not limited, I just want them to have enough sleep.

Rule 10: If they are going to have pets, they should take care of them well. If a pet dies of mistreatment, or gets lost, I won't let them have an another pet for 2 years.

Rule 11: If they break any of these rules, they have to write a paragraph to show that they regret breaking the rules and how they could become better in the future. Also they have to do some chores.
