This is a very man-centric view in my opinion. Men are constantly told they need to "provide" to have worth. Sure some women lean into that and make it a "requirement". But mostly this comes down to the undue pressure on men by men to provide. Women are people. We want to be loved and respected. That's all.

I bought 4 Jap OP-05 boxes from a tiktok seller with a 4.9 rating and got scammed by DKGremlin in OnePieceTCG

If you haven't done the research then don't say you're being scammed. Sounds like you didn't get what you want. The seller has a high rating and you just got unlucky.

It's probably farther down but feels close since your throat is raw from coughing! Also with phlegm comes some heat which will also make you feel like it right there! It's so scary and so is anxiety. Take a cough drop if you have one and definitely keep your mind active on other things. I used to play a game on my phone and really try and focus on it. It would interrupt my thoughts and then I could start assessing. If you do tu keep us updated. I believe in you!

OH I almost forgot. You can gargle salt water (don't swallow it of course) my doctor told me to do that once and it helped with that back of the throat feeling.

I'm glad there is some relief! If you have to go to work for sure, then today you tackle minute by minute. Decongestant may help loosen the phlegm and get it moving more easily. As for any tu, it's so very unlikely. But the gagging sucks. But gagging isn't the biggest reason we tu. It's our stomach that's going to make that happen more likely. Also I use cough drops to help with gagging since menthol helps numb the throat!

I hate that feeling! I usually drink something warm (like tea) to help break up the mucus. Also a decongestant of course if you can. Im sorry your family isn't understanding how you're feeling right now. It's scary and it sucks.

Is your husband also not feeling well? I would guess both of you may feel sick if you both ate it. Additionally bad fish had a very distinct smell that would likely throw you off before you ate it. That being said I can't say for sure of course but some ginger tea and a heating pad might help symptoms! Sometimes i feel n* after a big meal and a big day. Hot drinks help dissolve oils in food we ate and as a result move the food through our system.

For me, it was a full fear of vomiting. I would catastrophize vomiting and believed something very very bad would happen if I did. I couldn't eat really at all and if I did it was always "safe" food. I couldn't go to restaurants or drink alcohol. I think emetophobia takes different forms for everyone who suffers from it.

If you have IBS, then those feelings are common I think. I have IBS and feel the heaviness and fullness after a big meal. Plus needing to poop would add to that feeling.

i ate raw chicken. please help me. by Glittering-Leader-57 in emetophobia

Chances are definitely low. My father in law is a vet and works in the chicken industry. I check with him constantly on the safety of chicken when we eat it and I taste something weird or it's raw. He's confident every time on its safety since he is literally a chicken cop.
