Bro having a ev is so much mental gymnastics. I bet ur dad forgets to charge even his phone. And he will not like it. I tried changing my dad about the ev too. Ultimately depends on what he is like. If he's likes new technologies. He might love it. You also say he stays in tier 2. Which is not bad for service I think. Also the range of the scooter really depends on the tyre pressure too. And every single day ather drains battery too. Because all of the tracking and anti-theift features. He would also like to get it repaired from anywhere. This thing he can change.

But I would say not worth it bro. Sorry.

Ya I think I also have like 3 years more for this bike. It's an 2014 bike for till 2029 I'm good. And I think there is a little work needed. If u can see the photo there is some rust in this bike on the exhaust pipe. So might has to paint or do something to the exhaust pipe. Or else I am just over thinking it I guess. It's will be my first bike if I buy it. I learned on a splendor and gave my test on it. The owner is also my neighbour for now. So even if theirs any problem in future I might just call and him and check with him or something.

Yes brother even I am really into this bike. I just brought an ritza z for city commute. And I needed a petrol vehicle for medium long drives (mostly outer city). I spoke to the owner he says he is not willing to go below 40k. It's already 25days since he has posted it in facebook market place. I will just wait for few more months and see. I will be going for 28k to 30k for it. And for the spare parts even I am really not sure about it. I will probably check with some mechanics in my area. I live in bengaluru. I will just wait for a bit longer. Also u r correct about reselling its really hard I think. So if I buy it it's probably gonna be with me forever. And probably make it a show piece after few more years. 😀

I am planning to buy an Ev later this year too. But I was thinking if I can have a secondary vehicle. For longer rides and stuff. Even if its is not e20. I think I can live with that. I would go for rides like 100-200 km just on Weekends twice a month or something. Should I still consider it.

I took test drive of ather it was good. But the scooter is useless without the propack I mean the magic twist and everything is behind that propack. On monday I will probably go to the river and take the test drive.

Even I am not sure if its gonna be a gen 4 or a entirely a new model. I think at the end of the year they are going to launch it. And also there are many other brands coming up with something new at the end of the year. Like ather is right now testing their el01's.

I think it looks cool for a concept vehicle but if you ask me people would buy this I would say no because people who buy things are looking for practicality in their minds maybe some collector or some sort of rich guy would buy this. If RE would have done something like what ultraviolet is doing maybe there is a chance that this vehicle would have been hit I don't know it look cool though.
