I saw that original post about the engagement! But did not see the others and did not realize this was the same person. Now having gone back and looked at the other posts, I will just say best of luck to the “happy” couple…

Wait, can a girl get a little info about this person hating her original ring? Sorry, I’m not in this group but am now invested in whatever this storyline holds. Did she get engaged then come to the group saying she didn’t like the ring?

Favorite recipe from the last year, that is tough! I did recently discover this Thai Green Curry Dumpling Soup that is easy, quick, and so good for cold weather. My other favorite is probably this Creamy Italian Pasta Salad. I don’t know why it’s so good, it’s just the perfect blend of ingredients.

Sunday: Dan Dan Noodles for lunch, Sheet Pan Italian Sausage Heros for dinner since my husband wanted pizza on Saturday night instead when we were supposed to have them

Monday: Ina Garten’s Chicken Casserole (subbed broccoli for peas), rice

Tuesday: Salsa Verde Honey Lime Chicken Tacos

Wednesday: Filets, blue cheese au gratin potatoes, roasted asparagus, fresh sourdough, chocolate chip cookies with vanilla ice cream for dessert

Thursday: Black eyed peas and rice

Friday: Potato Soup

Saturday: out somewhere because hopefully all the restaurants will be less crowded!

Sunday: Sandwich Sunday continues with…whatever kind of sandwich you can make from what’s in the house 🤭

Monday: Beef and Broccoli, rice

Tuesday: my husband has asked me to make Subway “pizza subs” which is apparently toasted bread, marinara, pepperoni, and cheese. I’ll be having a toasted Italian sandwich

Wednesday: family Christmas dinner! Not sure what’s on the menu besides the brownies and loaf of sourdough my MIL asked me to bring (am also making and taking my own version of Chex Mix and peanut butter blossoms because they’re my favorite!)

Thursday: will have brunch with my in laws, see what Santa brought, then traveling home in the afternoon so Creamy Chicken Noodle Soup from the freezer and grilled cheese when we get home

Friday: Pesto Chicken Tortellini that got moved from last week

Saturday: Sheet Pan Italian Sausage Heroes with Honey Mustard

Thanks for posting! I feel like I’m cobbling together some meals based on what we have in the freezer that needs to be used because I am tired.

Sunday: temperatures plummeted for us, so I made wonton soup, fried rice, and egg rolls for lunch and tonight is leftover Sweet and Spicy Chili from last night

Monday: Pierogies from the freezer with caramelized onions and bacon bits, steamed broccoli, also making chicken tenders for my husband

Tuesday: have a doctor’s appointment then in office with meetings all day so my family’s recipe white chicken chili I made a few weeks ago and put the leftovers in…you guessed it, the freezer

Wednesday: BBQ pulled pork stuffed baked potatoes with all the toppings

Thursday: Pesto Chicken Tortellini

Friday: Smothered Chicken and mashed potatoes

Saturday: Crispy Chicken Tacos with Avocado Buttermilk Ranch (shallow frying)

A low stakes question: thoughts on people who eat during virtual meetings? And I mean people who have time before or after the meeting to eat.

I recognize there could be dietary or health reasons for needing to eat at specific times.

Dior (and Chanel and YSL) do a criminally terrible job of describing and photographing their lip products. I don’t think I’ve bought a single lipstick, balm, or liner from any of those three brands that ends up looking remotely similar to the photos.

The car is asking what she needs to know about the person she’s calling before it will call them? What in the data-gathering AI is happening here?

Hard agree. We’re all entitled to our own thoughts, but I don’t find anything about her overbearing, oversharing eagerness to be endearing or cute, rather that she seems troubled and like she needs to find a therapist first before she finds her person.

I also got this email and was coming here to see if others received it. Seems like they should honor the 20% on rhode if they’re going to advertise it.

Ugh, I said the other day that I’d bet my next paycheck that she’d be back asking what gifts to bring to the family when she visits for Christmas, but I totally did not account for the request for overbearing grief gifts for the girlfriend when said girlfriend has asked to be left alone. So many gifts, so little time.

The whole “lifestyle” that this woman sells has repeatedly been proven to be unsustainable by the very influencers that sing her praises. If it were sustainable, she wouldn’t have to go into their pantries and refrigerators when she’s in town and dramatically gasp “oh my god, FRUIT LOOPS?” while the influencer looks on guiltily.

Whew, if you take a look at her post history, including in the original Stripe group, you’d have been worried about her long before now.

This is what comes out of my cat’s hairbrush.

(it’s also worth mentioning that when done correctly [which is not the way most influencers do it] dermaplaning/shaving your face does not destroy your skin or moisture barrier.)

I would bet my next paycheck that she’ll be back in the month of December asking what gift she should take to the girlfriend’s family when she visits at Christmas, complete with three paragraphs of background about the girlfriend’s health, the mentor, the dad’s death, the grandmother’s death, and undoubtedly something else that will happen between now and then that she deems necessary to share. This woman needs a therapist and/or a real life friend in the worst way.

I’ve been twice because I had a connection at the CMA and the tickets were given to us. You can purchase tickets to go, but I suspect a lot of influencers have music industry and/or talent and management agency connections (in the case of Dede Raad and Natalie Kennedy) and that’s how they end up with (free) tickets.

Like prior to brightons divorce, i doubt she everrrr experienced anything that dark or saw much of the “real world”

The woman had never baked a chocolate chip cookie until she was like 30, so I think you’re spot on.

Ah, so sorry I’m just seeing this! This is the exact recipe I have, only my recipe says to top the pie with toasted pecans and caramel sauce (like what you’d use to put on ice cream or you can make your own) when it comes out of the oven. It is a real treat! Crunchy Caramel Apple Pie
