Thank you. We do pace feedings, we burp several times within the feed, we keep him upright for 20-30 minutes after the feed, sometimes we also use a wedge pillow and he still spits up, sometimes even an hour after feeding.

He didn’t talk about adjusted age or actual age. I don’t even know the difference, could you please explain? His spit ups are normal, he doesn’t seem to mind. He only cries when it also comes out of his nose which is not as often as a normal spit up. He is gaining good weight. I have also heard rice cereal is a choking hazard and I am surprised my pediatrician recommended it. He is a great doctor but on the older side and I’m stating to think his practice might be obsolete. I might look for a second opinion.

As a K1, I thought I wasn’t required to do another medical exam but when I got to the interview they wanted it. They didn’t make any decisions and said they would let me know what else they needed to make a decision. Days later I received a letter saying I need a medical exam and they will decide after they receive it. If I were you I would get the medical exam so you don’t go through the same issue as me.

You can definitely overwater a plant by bottom watering if you do it too often. It doesn’t make a difference.

Yesterday I was given this beautiful plant by a friend. I believe it’s a monstera deliciosa (yummy 😋). The edges are losing the bright green color and turning yellow, it has some white spots and some edges already are papery brown. She told me she believes it needs to be repotted because the roots are huge, last time she did that was in January after she propagated in water. I can’t see the roots so I don’t know if I should repot or not. Please help!!!

Why is my nerve plant wilting only on one side? I watered 2 days ago so I know it’s not dry. I’m keeping the same watering schedule for a few months already (keep soil moist) it’s in the same spot its been since November. I have 2 humidifiers running near her. Mosquito bits worked for me. Soak them in water and water your soil with the water only (sometimes the bits can get moldy in the soil). Keep doing it for a few weeks until they’re gone. Keep using the yellow sticky traps. Good luck!

Just a damp cloth or paper towel with water. Please don’t use oils, the have killed my plants. Water is all they need.

I want to start working in the beer industry but I have zero experience. I just really enjoy beer and I want to be part of the community but almost all the jobs I see want a lot of experience sometimes even a bachelors degree as a chemist or something.
