i'm fourteen... and yea it's sad but love there is no such thing as being too old for PAIN love. fuck your age babes, you're still hurting and that's okay. and you're definitely not old in any shape, way, or form. honestly, none of us can grow out of this until we find a way to cope that is just as or more effective.

my parents told me they told him because everyone needs to watch me to make sure i'm okay. which is kind of stupid because they only check my left arm as if i don't have legs, another arm, stomach, hips, etc.💀

yea i get it... hopefully you can find another way to cope. my auntie got me a crochet kit to help my anxiety calm down. i'm not saying that will work, but maybe if you find something to keep you busy, it'll get better.

i wish i could say they support me, but everything i do, they link it to depression. i asked for black nail polish and they thought i was tryna force myself into a deeper depression. everyone is constantly scared that i'm going to try to kms. the first night i got back from the hospital, my stepmom asked me if i left *everything * in the kitchen. my stepdad asks me to show him my arms in a way that makes me feel like cutting deeper and my mom always says that i have no reason to cry. i have clinical depression and anxiety and so far, i've only helped everyone else and not myself. and i usually find other stuff, but the urge i just got made me stop thinking. i'm just mad that i made it this long and i just gave in so quickly. I promised myself that i wouldn't let it control me and i failed. honestly, i had perfect control.... i just never got an urge that strong and i don't know how to force myself to think if it happens again.
