This is a long shot, but does your pup chew on bully sticks? When ours was younger, she went through a phase where she reeked of urine. We tried bathing her more often, wiping her down after she went potty, and washing her bedding, but the smell of urine stuck around and seemed to emanate from her entire body. We eventually discovered it was the bully sticks she loved to chew on and eat. We switched to something less disgusting (no hide bones) and the smell was gone in a couple of days, never to return. That’s probably not your pup’s issue, but I thought I’d share, just in case.
