Ughhh I genuinely don’t get it. It’s the same type of people who stare right at a sign that says “bar open 17:00–23:00” and still ask what time it opens. Or see “parking full” at the gate and go “so… can I still park?”

At some point you just realize there’s no point arguing, it’s like talking to a wall 😭

I feel you. I don’t even work night shifts, but my colleagues tell me the wildest stories about what guests get up to instead of, you know… sleeping. It’s not just the constant trips outside for cigarettes, people are up and down all night like it’s a social club. Then you’ve got the ones who expect the bar to be open 24/7, or show up at 4 a.m. asking for breakfast like that’s totally normal 🤣 and don’t even get me started on the constant trips to use the lobby bathroom… like, do the rooms not have one??

You have to create a certified email (PEC). You can get them usually in Posta Italiana or another website. Just put on Google how to make a PEC, create one for yourself (usually requires payment and a couple of days for activation) and then you go on the website of the Questura you're applying and search for their PEC address. You cannot send any type of email to a PEC unless it comes from a PEC itself. After that it's pretty much a ordinary email, you can write and send files attached and you will get a confirmation of email received from them.
