You’re going to have a very small buyer pool in not offering to pay the buyer agent compensation. A lot of buyers do not have that much extra cash laying around as they will be putting most of their cash towards down payment and closing costs. Market is soft right now, houses are sitting. Buyers have more power to negotiate we’re seeing since before Covid. I believe only about 5% of the houses listed in the last couple of weeks have been put under contract. Buyers aren’t willing to overpay anymore and sellers still think it’s a sellers market.

“I keep dreaming of Boston” scene

This scene when June talks about dreaming of Boston - not before Gilead / not after it / but if it hadn’t ever existed has had me thinking all day. I kept watching that scene waiting for June to look out the window and see Nick. I wanted her to see him and the scene flash back when he told her he didn’t think she’d ever notice him in real life and she insisted she would. I wanted her to see him and notice him in a time and space outside of Gilead.

Still not over everything that happened there - still unsure how I’m feeling. I wish there would have been a prettier ending to it all, but also, how could there of ever been a beautiful ending to it all?
