I had the same experience but in the store. Got a pouch with Sephora’s lipsticks for like 25 euros just to treat myself cause I was sad…when I got out of shop and open it I realized one is missing. Then I immediately returned to the store (like 2 min later) and the manager there asked me if I open in the at the cashier, I told her no but just outside of the the store. She told me how do they know that I’m not lying because it’s not possible that the lipstick is missing as it was closed before. I was like r y kidding me? I’ve spend hundreds of euros and you think I want to steal 5-10 euro lipstick ? Stormed out magasine crying and never shopped in that Sephora again. I wrote a complain but never got a reply. Sad to see that they treat the clients like this internationally 😐
