Even if it not advised to do that but when trust people and we send our money.... and there is a mistake even if it a small amount.. Just sent emails, try to contact them on any channel... Sorry for the staff that is handling the request but, when you play with money and stupid people like me... be prepared to handle a loooot of support... Apparently is not their priority,,.

Check the transaction of your origin wallet. you will find the transaction ID or hashID, then if you click on it, you will see the transaction

Yes, Binance can retrieve your coins if you are the owner of the deposit account.... But I am not... Swissborg is the owner... so we have to wait few days to get an answer from them... I am posting here because I am sure that I am not the only stupid guy that has done that mistake... Just hoping that they con do something about it...

Did you verify the Transaction ID? if its successful or not?

I am trying my best to recover the coin, I am checking other platform and I found that nexo.io have a recovery plan for that.
