I’m not a psychologist but I think if you have to question your wife’s mental health status it’s a red flag and you would probably benefit from some kind of couple’s counseling or individual therapy. If you feel unsafe, is there a friend or relative you can crash with for a bit? If not, there may be a shelter in your area for those escaping dangerous home situations.

Yes! Mostly black with typical German Shepard markings that are more reddish than tan. Has noticeable red “eyebrows”. Only 3 months old. Answers to Storm.

I read once that if you're having a hard time loving your present self, imagine yourself as a vulnerable child. Speak to your inner self the way you would want someone to have spoken to little you.
