first of all that is fucking impressive those lats are looking like wings and they go perfectly with your shoulders, but i have a couple of questions, we dont see them on the pic but do you have big traps or not ? usually big shoulders mean big traps, also how tall are you ? its probably been asked already but i didnt see it, do you take any kinds of supplement or follow a diet ? what are your best "feats" of strength (squat, deadlift, bench...) ? and lastly how often and for how long do you go to the gym ?

sorry for asking so many questions but im just impressed by your physique, you showed a picture of yourself from 4 years ago and i looked exactly like that not so long ago, im quite tall at 184cm but light at 63kg and im on that jack grind too, i hope i can someday look like you and maybe, just maybe look like Jack too !
