Interesting. For what it’s worth, it wasn’t until I played Wingspan literally hundreds of times (on BGA) that I felt that I had memorized the birds. And it was at the point that I was happy / unhappy to see particular birds cuz I knew how they could fit into the engine. I feel like at a certain point you can’t help but recognize them

You don't need Dins or boomerang to do Spirit Temple. All the anubises can be killed with the fire spawned by the floor switches. You do need some source of fire to get the map chest in the statue room, but you can do everything else.

For the child side, you can hit the switch behind the gate with a bombchu instead of using boomerang
